Capability Statement

Who we are

Global Partners, LLC, doing business as Overwatch Safety
Products, is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business — owned and run by a United States Air Force veteran, SBA certified — and an authorized
dealer in standby power, home safety and emergency preparedness equipment, and
aging-in-place and over-the-counter mobility products.

We supply equipment. We do not perform installation, fitting, setup, or training, and we
are not a medical provider.

Core competencies

• Standby and portable power — home standby generators, transfer
  switches, inlet boxes, cordsets, portable units.
• Home safety and emergency preparedness — fire extinguishers, smoke
  and carbon monoxide alarms, weather alert radios, ANSI first aid stations,
  preparedness kits.
• Aging in place — grab bars, handrails, anti-slip treads, lever
  hardware, swing-clear hinges, threshold ramps.
• Over-the-counter mobility and bath safety — modular ramps, rollators,
  walkers, shower chairs, transfer benches, manual wheelchairs.
• Sourcing and origin documentation — country-of-manufacture and
  domestic-preference determination supported by manufacturer documentation.

Differentiators

• We state what we can and cannot certify. Country of manufacture is
  recorded per line and marked unverified where we do not yet hold a manufacturer
  document. We do not certify Buy American or TAA status from a brand name.
• We flag nonmanufacturer-rule status per line before you award, not
  after. Under 13 CFR 121.406 that rule reaches SDVOSB set-asides at every dollar value,
  and most major manufacturers in these categories are large businesses.
• Purchase card accepted and preferred. Micro-purchases to $15,000;
  DoD cardholders appointed under DFARS 201.603-3(a) to $25,000.
• Current pricing. Quotes reflect delivered cost at the time of
  quote rather than a stale published price.
• Single point of contact from quote through delivery.
