Who we are

Global Partners, LLC is an SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business, owned and run by a United States Air Force veteran. We serve government agencies and commercial enterprises in two ways. One is operational services on our Sortie platform, which audit, reconcile and clean up the data behind procurement and logistics. The other is sourcing of IT hardware, MRO supplies, and safety and medical equipment.

Core competencies: operational services (powered by Sortie)

  • Recovery audits. Offered to federal recovery-audit primes as a teaming or subcontract capability. Sortie reconciles master contracts against invoices at scale for payment-integrity work.
  • Freight invoice audit. Carrier invoices are checked against the tender, the delivery record and the contracted rate. This supports the transportation-bill audit agencies must perform under 31 U.S.C. 3726 and 41 CFR 102-118.130, whether prepayment or post-payment.
  • Logistics contract compliance. Continuous checks that logistics performance matches contract obligations, with each check captured as audit-ready evidence.
  • Legacy EAM data triage. Fixed-price ingestion of unstructured maintenance logs into the mandatory fields of Octave Attune EAM (formerly Hexagon EAM) and other legacy systems.
  • Automated inventory analytics. Dynamic safety-stock calculation from storefront and WMS systems.
  • Multi-vendor exception automation. Supplier emails and delivery updates are parsed into one central view.
  • Spreadsheet-to-API conversion. Brittle calculation spreadsheets are rebuilt as secure web endpoints.

Core competencies: sourcing

  • IT hardware. Workstations, laptops and peripherals; networking and infrastructure hardware; data center and server hardware; IT accessories and supplies.
  • MRO. Facility maintenance supplies; industrial safety equipment and PPE; replacement parts and consumables; tools and shop equipment.
  • Safety and medical equipment. Standby and portable power; home safety and emergency preparedness; aging-in-place hardware; over-the-counter mobility and bath safety; access and lift equipment.
  • Quotes. Written, itemized quotes, typically within one business day, with manufacturer and country of manufacture on every line. We supply equipment only: we do not install, fit or train, and we are not a medical provider.

Differentiators

  • Operator-led. Founded and led by Rodger Cravens (MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt), a supply chain executive, not a software vendor.
  • SDVOSB sole-source eligible. A contracting officer may consider a sole-source award to a certified SDVOSB:
    • under FAR 19.1406, up to $5 million ($8.5 million for manufacturing NAICS), where two or more SDVOSB offers are not expected and the price is fair and reasonable;
    • at VA under VAAR 819.7008, up to $5 million, where the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price offering best value.
  • Human-in-the-loop, audit-ready. Every automated action is logged. No financial action executes without designated authorization. We audit; we never take custody of client funds.
  • We state what we can and cannot certify:
    • Country of manufacture is stated as documented where we hold a manufacturer document, as manufacturer-stated where we hold only the manufacturer's own published statement, and marked unverified where we hold neither — we do not certify origin without a document.
    • We make no Buy American or TAA assertion from a brand name.
    • We flag nonmanufacturer-rule status (13 CFR 121.406) line by line before award on supply set-asides.
  • Purchase card accepted and preferred. This includes micro-purchases of supplies up to the $15,000 federal threshold (FAR 2.101). Lower thresholds apply to construction and to services under the Service Contract Labor Standards.
