Sourcing experts for government agencies and corporate partners.

One veteran-owned sourcing partner across three pillars — IT, MRO, and safety and medical equipment. We quote fast and itemised, ready to drop into a purchase request or a procurement file, whether you’re a contracting officer on a purchase card or a facilities manager placing a standing order.

  • A real quote, fast

Written and itemised, one business day

  • We tell you where it was made

And say so when we don’t know yet

  • Veteran owned

    SBA-certified SDVOSB

  • Buy by card

    Including the government purchase card

Who We Serve

Who we sell to

Government agencies and corporate buyers are the lead relationship — the same catalog, quote desk, and specification discipline also serve homes and veterans furnishing a single house.

Government

Federal, state, and local agencies

SBA-certified SDVOSB — eligible for direct SDVOSB set-aside awards, with the nonmanufacturer rule checked line by line before you award, not after. Purchase card accepted and preferred, including micro-purchases up to the $15,000 federal threshold. Origin stated per line, with documentation where we hold it, itemised quotes ready for a purchase request.

Corporate & institutional

Businesses sourcing at scale

The same desk handles a standing MRO supply order, an IT hardware refresh, or a twelve-bathroom safety retrofit for an assisted living operator — most of whom are small businesses themselves, with the owner as the buyer. One quote, one point of contact, and a specification we keep stable so the next order matches the last one.

Veterans

Veteran owned, and familiar with how VA money actually moves

VA decides what HISA funds; we quote in the itemised form the application needs.

Homes and families

Homeowners, renters, and the people looking after them

An adult child buying for a parent two states away. A spouse getting the bathroom ready before a discharge date. Parents equipping a house around a child’s disability. Anyone who spent last winter in the dark and does not intend to repeat it. Tell us the room and the problem — you do not need to know the product.

How It Works

How buying from us works

Four steps, no account required. A full cart checkout is being built out alongside the catalog — until then, every item ships the same way: a written quote, then pay by card.

Tell us what is happening

A model number if you have one, a description of the problem if you do not. Include the ship-to state — a few states regulate who may sell certain mobility and bath equipment, and we check that before quoting rather than after.

We quote it in writing

Manufacturer, country of manufacture, lead time, and the total delivered price. Itemised, so it can go straight into a grant file or a purchase request. Usually within one business day.

You order; it ships

Pay by card. Freight and manufacturer pricing both move, so your quote is priced at the current delivered cost rather than a number that went stale. If it needs installing, we supply the equipment and installation is arranged separately with a licensed contractor you choose and pay directly.

If something goes wrong

Every product is warranted by the company that made it, on that company’s terms, which you receive before you buy. Call us anyway — we file the manufacturer’s warranty claim for you rather than handing you a phone number.

Straight Answers

Straight answers, including the ones that cost us a sale

This category runs on vague claims. We would rather be the people who told you the unglamorous truth and got the second order.

Origin

We tell you where it was made

Every catalog line names the manufacturer — or says it is selected per order — and the country of manufacture, and where we have not yet confirmed it in writing, it says “unverified” rather than guessing. A brand’s headquarters is not the same as where the product is built, and we will not blur the two to make a line look better than it is.

Grab bars

Nobody is legally required to buy a grab bar

You will read otherwise. What federal accessibility rules actually require is blocking in the wall — reinforcement for a future bar, not the bar itself. See Disclosures for the exact citations and what they do and don’t cover.

Compliance

A product cannot make a building compliant

Compliance is created by the anchor and the installation, and by your facility, your code and your state — never by the purchase. So we sell the product and publish its specifications, and we do not sell an outcome we are in no position to deliver. Same reason we will not certify a federal origin claim we cannot document.

The full statements — installation, warranties, health care, origin and availability — are on the disclosures page, where they belong.

Tell us what you need

You do not have to know the product name, the model, or the right word for it. Describe the situation — who you are buying for, the ship-to state, and what you need or what happened — and we come back with options, prices, lead times, and who made each one. No payment is taken here and nobody will pressure you.

Buying for an agency? Card accepted — see Government Buyers. We reply within one business day, and your information is never sold.
