Disclosures

Last updated 21 August 2026

Everything on this page is a statement about what we do and do not do.
None of it is buried in the sales pages, because a buyer should be able to find it in one
place and read it in one sitting. If anything here is unclear, ask — the answer will be
the same as what is written.

1. What Overwatch Sourcing is

Overwatch Sourcing is a dealer. We sell goods. We are a trade
name (DBA) of Global Partners, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small
business certified by the SBA. Sales are cash, card or purchase card; there is no cart,
no checkout and no stored payment on this site.

2. Installation

We supply equipment. We do not perform installation, and installation is
arranged separately.
Where a product requires installation, the customer contracts
directly with a licensed contractor of their own choosing and pays that contractor directly.
We do not schedule, direct, supervise, or inspect that work, and we are not a party to it.

Selling a product that needs installing is ordinary distribution — a home standby
generator needs an electrician and a gas fitter, and always has. That is a separate question
from who performs the work, and we are clear about which side of it we are on.

3. We are not a healthcare provider

We give no medical advice and no clinical guidance, and we do not recommend
products for a medical condition.
We publish manufacturer specifications so that
you, or your clinician, or your therapist, can choose. If you want to know whether a
particular piece of equipment suits a particular person, that is a conversation to have with
a clinician who has assessed them.

We do not fit, set up, adjust, or train anyone on equipment. Products
ship with the manufacturer’s own instructions.

We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid, we are not enrolled as a DMEPOS
supplier, and we make no representation about what any insurer, program or payer
covers.

What we do not sell

Oxygen, oxygen concentrators and medical gases; CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators and nebulisers;
any prescription-only device; power wheelchairs and mobility scooters; automated external
defibrillators; monitored medical alert or personal emergency response services; and
anything compounded or dispensed. We also do not sell any product on terms that would
require us to fit it to a person or train them in its use.

If you need something on that list, ask anyway. We would rather point you somewhere
useful than pretend we can help.

4. Warranties

Party Warrants
The manufacturer Its own product, on its own published terms, provided to you before purchase
Your installing contractor Its own workmanship, directly to you
Overwatch Sourcing Nothing. We file and coordinate manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf

Overwatch Sourcing issues no warranty of its own. That is
deliberate rather than stingy: filing your claim for you is a service we perform, and a
seller who issues an independent warranty on someone else’s product loses protections that
several states extend to sellers who do not.

5. Accessibility standards and compliance

Compliance is created by the anchor and the installation — never by the
purchase.
No product we sell can, by itself, make a dwelling, a facility or a
pool ADA-compliant, Fair Housing-compliant, or compliant with your state or local code.
Whether an installation complies depends on the structure, the mounting, the dimensions as
built, the surveyor, and the rules that apply to your building.

We publish product specifications, including the standards a manufacturer states its
product is built to. We do not certify outcomes, we do not perform accessibility surveys,
and we do not advise on whether your building complies.

On grab bars specifically

Federal accessibility rules generally require reinforcement in the wall
for the future installation of grab bars, rather than requiring the bars themselves — see
Exception 2 to sections 604.5, 607.4 and 608.3 of the 2010 ADA Standards, and the Fair
Housing Act design and construction requirements at 24 CFR 100.205(c)(3)(iii). Anyone
telling you that the ADA obliges you to buy a grab bar is mistaken. Some facility
requirements do reach equipment — for example, bathtub seats and handheld shower spray units
under ADA 607.3 and 608.6 — and those apply to covered facilities, not to private homes.
Which rules reach your building is a question for you, your architect, or your code
official.

6. Country of manufacture and federal certifications

Every catalog line states the manufacturer and the country of manufacture where we hold a
manufacturer document, and is marked unverified where we do not. A claim on
a manufacturer’s website is not a document. A brand’s headquarters is not the place a
product is made.

We do not state Buy American, Trade Agreements Act, or small-business
manufacturer status to a federal buyer without a manufacturer document behind it.

A certification made on an assumption is a false claim, and we will decline to quote a line
on a set-aside rather than make one. Documentation is available on request for the lines
where we hold it. Federal buyers: the detail is on the
Government Buyers page.

7. Availability, pricing and lead times

We quote the current delivered price on request, which is why no prices appear on the
catalog pages. Quotes are valid for the period
stated on them; lead times are the manufacturer’s and are quoted per item.

Availability varies by state. A small number of states regulate who may
sell certain mobility and bath-safety equipment, including to buyers outside their borders.
We check the ship-to state before quoting, and we will tell you if we cannot ship an item to
you rather than taking the order and sorting it out later.

Returns cost money, and the cost is yours. The manufacturer’s
return policy governs and we pass their charges through in full — restocking fee,
original freight, or a flat refusal to take an item back — whether or not that
manufacturer publishes those terms in advance. We do not mark them up and we do not absorb
them. Where we hold published terms they are stated on the product in the
catalog with the date we checked them; where we do not, we get them in
writing and tell you before you order. Full detail in the terms.

8. This website

Product descriptions, specifications and images are the manufacturers’ and are subject to
change by them. We name manufacturers in plain text and do not display their logos. Nothing
on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a quote from us is.

Accessibility, which state how we handle your information, the
terms on which we sell, and what we have and have not done to make this site usable.

⚠️ Pre-publication note — remove before going live.
Before publish, confirm with counsel that
§2 (installation) is internally consistent, and that the entity name
in the footer is the parent’s registered name. The state-availability wording in §7 is
deliberately non-specific because the state DME licensing map is not finished — do not
name states here until it is.
